Manthorpe’s slim line 10mm over fascia ventilator ensures a flow of air into the roof space between the felt and the fascia board. The product is designed with a smooth leading edge allowing it to sit discreetly on top of the fascia board beneath the felt.

Used to provide ventilation for flat roof abutments by mounting them in a raised wooden frame at the point where the roof abuts the external wall of the house.
Products are robust enough to be used with any roof tile, regardless of the profile and can be fitted with plain tiles or slates. Designed with clear fixing points the over fascia vents come complete with fly-screen and will not crush or distort during fitting.
For fitting the vent should be nailed to the top of the fascia board through the fixing holes provided along the full length of the eaves.
