The R400 Uni-Fit Gutter Outlet is a universal spigot designed for use with all gutters, downpipes and rainwater systems. A hole with a diameter between 54mm and 57mm is required to fit the spigot. The spigot outlet will then fit downpipes measuring 68mm in either Round, Square or Regency styles.
The spigot can be fitted retrospectively (after the guttering has been fitted), allowing additional downpipes to be added to existing guttering, without the need to cut and fit full outlet units. Adding new downpipes can be beneficial on guttering where the existing outlets are unable to cope with the waterflow, usually visible when gutters overflow with water when it rains.
The R400 Uni-Fit Gutter Outlet comes in two parts, one fits on the underside of the guttering and provides a sleeve foe the downpipe to be attached to. The second part is then screwed in to this first piece, securing the outlet to the gutter which will be watertight due to the gasket on the product.
